  • 5/4/4/3 Deadlift + 4x6 HEAVY KB or DB Lateral Goblet Lunge  

  • 5/4/4/3 BB Step Back Lunge +4X4 BB Box Step Ups

  • 10 E/S SB Plank Saw 

  • 50 Sec Front Plank

  • 50 Sec Left Plank 

  • 50 sec Right Plank

  • 10x Flying 30’s
