Today’s workout was

  • Hard running 3 mins and walk/jog 1 min x 8

With recovery being absolute shit, there was no “hard running”. But to my surprised, I did better than how I felt.

My cadence was pretty decent…

Split time and distance covered were consistent…

And my HR was not out of wack, which was great!
