Today’s workout was:
5x5 Incline Bench @50% of 1RPM+ Max Inverted Ring Rows
5x5 Push Press +5x15 Lat Pulldown
5x5 Explosive Ball Toss + 5x10 Banded Push Ups
12x100 meter acceleration strides
After a much needed rest day and Theragunning the crap out of my body, I was ready to go hard again. The inverted ring rows were subbed with TRX rows. The Push Press was at 185 (probably could’ve done at 205) and the ball toss was with 40#.
The ugly part of the workout was the accelerations. I was never a runner and you can see it in the video. It’s not pretty and I look heavy. But despite what it looks, I was going at least 13 mph consistently the whole time.
I also noticed that I can barely fit into my L shirt. Not sure if the shirt is shrinking or if I’m getting unnecessarily bigger…
