Don’t be too eager
After the regularly scheduled workout, I tested out my two-rep max for Front Squat and Push Press.
While all went well, you can see that the technique broke down on the second rep of my front squat and my upper back rounded. Definitely cringeworthy!
I then realized that the barbell actually weighed in at 55# (longer in length), putting the total weight to 335#. Fuck me!
Hopefully the back wont flair up tomorrow.
