Cold run

I don’t remember running in cold weather. I was going to take it easy today and have a rest day due to cold temperature and sore body.

But who am I kidding. So I did several runs today: one in the morning (1.50 run and a 0.25 “sprint” and repeating the same workout in the afternoon.

I really miss theragun and I cannot locate my lacrosse pressure balls. I could use some good pressure massage on my calves, quads, feet and hips.
