  • 0.25 miles x 6 (resting bpm shouldn’t go below 140)

  • 0.12 miles x 5

The good thing about my bpm was that it didn’t go out of wack like before. The bad, however, was that my rest time was around 90 seconds (the time it took from 170 bpm to 140 bpm). Other than the fact that me legs were on fire, I felt pretty good. I believe I went faster than the prescribed 65% effort - mainly because I had no concept on how fast my 65% should be. 🥲. But once I set my time after the first set, I couldn’t go slower…
