New Cycle

I have not benched for over five months due to pinching in the shoulders. A little rusty with the form, but I completed the 5x5 @ 205# without too much discomfort.

Super-setting strict press with pull-ups was dynamic. There are no ring pull ups nor gear to add weight, so I opted to do x 10 instead of x 5.

Finally, the 30 mins run was painful especially towards the end. The last 6 mins was challenging. However, as you can see here, my mile pace improved by 30 seconds after each mile.
