Just before the rest day

Today’s workout was:

  • 6x4 Incline Bench @50% of 1RPM+ Max Horizontal Pull Ups

  • 6x4 Push Press +6x15 Lat Pulldown *

  • Reactive Med Ball Work 3 Rounds:

    • 10 Chest Pass

    • 10 RH Rotation Throw

    • 10 LH Rotation Throw

    • 10 Overhead Throw

  • ESD 12x100 meter acceleration

All was good. Incline was a bit tough - shoulders were (especially left) was stiff and needed quite a bit of time to loosen up. Lots of KB windmill and twists were done for the warmup.

After the push press superset, I did a quick 6 x 1 OH squats (tempo and pause) just to make sure that I didn’t forget how to do it. The good news is that for whatever reason, my knees gave me zero trouble and I felt very comfortable at 215#.
